Informix’s 2012 roadmap: the journey ahead.

Last month, Louis T. Cherian (Marketing – Informix, IBM)  caught up with Jerry Keesee (Worldwide Director, Informix Software, IBM) at Informix India Annual User Group in Mumbai to speak about the IBM Informix roadmap for 2012.  In the interview Jerry reflected upon last year’s milestones, including the successful introduction of Informix Version 11.7 and the launch of Ultimate Warehouse Edition. 2011 also saw Genero OEM’d from Four Js to enable the development and modernisation of applications for today’s mobile space.  Looking forward, Informix will continue its journey focusing on the introduction and leveraging of unique technology around TimeSeries and spatial data, building a smarter planet initiative. Watch the full interview here
